Abstract

Surrounding the Christ, an angel plays a triangle amongst other angel musicians. This triangle is depicted as a triqueta and as such, was possibly influenced by (now incorrect) information on the triangle published by P.L. Jacob (Paul Lacroix) and/or the print, "Karolingische muziekinstrumenten" by David van der Kellen, both of which were influence by Boethius', "De Musica".
